DWS20/BWS20 Handheld Welding Torches
Redefining industry standards with ultimate lightweight design.The DWS20 single-swing welding torch weighs merely 0.3kg, while the BWS20 dual-swing welding torch is only 0.4kg.Featuring six welding modes, it adapts to multiple materials and supports both air cooling and water cooling to meet diverse application needs.Equipped with a standard Mini QBH interface, it enables plug-and-play connection with mainstream laser sources.
Self-developed Air-cooled Laser Generators
2200W high power with single-pump output greatly reduces energy loss. It delivers 72-hour ultra-long continuous operation to meet high-intensity working demands. Meanwhile, it features active noise reduction, intelligent thermal management and real-time temperature monitoring, perfectly compatible with all types of handheld laser welding equipment.
3D Printing Laser Welding Heads
Breakthroughs have also been made in additive welding technology. Qilin’s new 3D printing laser welding head features a maximum load capacity of 10,000W and supports wire printing from 2mm to 3mm.
